Samurott's best moves in Pokémon Go

Samurott's best moves in Pokémon Go

For those eager to check out Samurott on Pokémon Go Community Day, you will be happy to know that this previously lackluster Pokémon selection is about to get some much-needed love. However, it is still not the best choice, it cannot carry a team, but if you use the right Pokémon combo in certain situations, Samurot can do some solid work with its updated moves.

Samurott is a Pokémon with water attributes. It has weak attacks on electric and grass moves, but has resistance to fire, ice, steel, and water attacks. The unfortunate thing about Samurott is that the options are too large. Its maximum CP is 2,826, attack is 179, defense is 135, and endurance is 182. Although it has a lot of health, it lacks proper defense, and you don't want to expose it to battle for too long.

These are all moves Samurot can learn.

  • Fury Cutter (Bug-type)-2 points of damage and 4 energy per round (2 points of damage per round)-1 round
  • Waterfall (water type) – 12 damage and 2.6 energy per round (4 damage per round)–3 rounds

Live action

  • Blizzard (Ice)-140 damage and 75 energy
  • Hydro Cannon (Water type) – 80 damage and 40 energy
  • Water pump (water type)-130 damage and 75 energy
  • Megahorn (Bug-type) – 110 damage and 55 energy
  • Razor Shell (Water-type)-35 points of damage and 35 points of energy (50% chance to reduce the opponent's defense by one level)

When it comes to more options for quickness, Samurott's benefits from learning to cut rampage far exceed waterfalls. Although the waterfall does have the STAB modifier, the Fury Cutter provides plenty of energy to use its charged actions, especially in the major leagues. Therefore, we strongly recommend the wrong type of move, although it may feel like an unlikely choice.

Next, for Samurott's live action, you have to insist on using the hydraulic cannon, the action on the community day will be learned, and the big horns. These attacks will prove to be the best combination because of the amount of energy and effect they require. Although blizzards and water pumps have caused the most damage, they consume too much electricity to be effective.

The unfortunate thing about the new razor shell is that it does not cause enough damage, so it is not worth choosing. The water cannon only needs more than 5 energy, but it does twice as much damage. So, although the razor shell seems to be a good choice, in fact, you'd better stick to the hydraulic cannon and use it against other players.

The best moves to teach Samurott are the fast-moving rage cutter and the water cannon and big horns with electric actions.
